This place - location 5/5. Son lived in an apartment on Burbank so it was a quick trip to go from apartment to storage. Service 5/5. We were driving over from Pensacola. We called once we were west of Mobile Alabama to see if they had space available. They did, we went on line during the drive, did all the paperwork, had a code, identified our preferences, picked out a lock, and access code, payment process, and a check out date before we got to Biloxi- about 25 minutes later. Fast and easy. When we got there - they had the lock and paper waiting on us. We did not have to stand and wait, we said our name, the lady turned grabbed papers and lock, handed it to us, we said thanks and have a great day and walked out - 1 minute at the most. Cleanliness 5/5 - this place was spotless! No bad smells, no trash, no gum on the concrete! It looks yesterday old! Polished. Paint was untouched, no stains and no scratches. New! Serviceability 5/5 Elevates are fast. Roller doors flawless. Air condition had the place like a meat locker and the humidity was lower inside you could feel it. Check out 10/5. We were moving our son into his new apartment, son and I were taking a load down to the van and then coming up to get the clothes, so my wife stayed in the unit, while she was there the cleaning lady came by, my wife told her we were checking out today. The cleaning lady pulled up her app and checked up out before we were out!!!! We got the exit notice and survey request before we got back down stairs to load the clothes into the van. Security 5/5. Enter our code to get in the building, enter our code to get into elevator, cameras and cameras and cameras. Love this place- can not say enough good about this place but it is awesome and if my son need another storage unit - this is the one - the only one we would use. Love this place! They had lots of carts, but move in day we had to wait about 10 minutes to get one. But it was move in day and there was 30 cars in the drive with people moving stuff, so in all fairness- they have enough.
