What truly made the experience exceptional was Ms. Lisa at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Ms. Lisa treated us like family, and that level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this storage place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment!
Needed a unit in a hurry and this was a great experience. Web reservation is simple. Tina was great to work with on the phone and in-person. She went as far as to open the lock I purchased and test that the keys worked. A+ Location!

Let me tell you, when I walked in there this morning, I went from wanting to move some excess things into the storage unit, to moving my whole life in with them. Lisa and Toni were so attentive to my needs and schedule and they made the process super simple. They were entertaining as well as helpful. The location is perfect as well. The unit itself was large and clean and in excellent condition.
Working with Lisa was easy and reliable. Space is very safe and gated. I 100% recommend.
