If ever I’m in the Baton Rouge area and need to rent a space it will definitely be this location. 5 stars is not enough to give. I came into this location asking about getting a rental for my mom. Courtney was very helpful, experienced and had a great attitude in helping me. Although I wasn't sure if I was going to rent a storage, she made me comfortable in choosing this location for our needs. She was supportive, eager to answer any questions that I had and kept a smile on her face at all times. 😁 Before coming to this location, I had checked two other locations and one of the locations, the representative was not good, no smiles, looked down at paperwork while speaking to me and gave no eye contact. Both didn't have good customer service. Speaking with Courtney was like a breath of fresh air. I am definitely going to bring my mom back to this location for our storage needs.
