I love the cost for a temperature regulated storage. Why I gave it a four star instead of 5. Just really one reason. They give you instructions. However, they missed the mark on a really important one. The code to get in is straight forward, you just put the code in and the outer doors open. Where the miss it is the elevator. If it were not for maintenance being there I would have never got the elevator to open. You have to press star then code first. They would have been great to know when I got my code. And these were regular hours but no one was in the office.
