Self Storage Units at 7831 Capital Court, Baton Rouge, LA

I was having a difficult time searching for the right clean area for storage space, that also has great customer service, After reading the positive comments and reviews this afternoon, especially from Ms.A Carr I have chosen The Storage Center..It’s very important to me that staff members like Ms. Demetria is respectful, helpful, and professional. Also, it’s refreshing to know that this employee is knowledgeable of services and happy assisting the customer. Many places have staff that don’t greet or respect their customers, I find that to be very disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional.. I’m grateful to hear that Ms Demetria at The Storage Center of Baton Rouge,LA is more welcoming

I certainly appreciated that we weren’t rushed through our decision of choosing a storage unit.Miss Demetria has outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful in making our decision. Storage Center on Bluebonnet is the best! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us switch to a bigger unit for a great price. The process was quick and efficient.

I have been with the storage center since grand opening day of the Capital Court location. The center has always been well run and a safe place to have my storage unit. About a week before move out I began to coordinate and plan with Ms. Dee. Ms Dee is very professional and kind. I know when visiting Baton Rouge I will always stick my head in to say hello and catch up with Ms. Dee. I suggest you do the same if in the market for storage. You’ll be glad you did!

I have had a storage unit at the Storage Center on Capital Court near Bluebonnet Blvd. for almost ten years and am extremely satisfied. The property is clean, and I always feel safe when I am on-site. The manager, Kenneth DiGiovanni, is outstanding! He has been at this location for the entire time I have been a customer, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He has consistently been attentive to any questions I have had and is always cordial and friendly. He recently called me to express his concerns about the possibility of my property being tampered with. As it turned out, everything was fine, but I greatly appreciate his dedicated monitoring of the property. If you are looking for a reputable storage facility, I highly recommend this one. Kudos to Kenneth for a job well done!!!

Nice Manager, Kenny, and another staff named Joseph, helped with our storage rental. On day of move in, Kenny was thorough and informative.

I highly recommend this place and especially if you get to work with Joseph behind the desk! The facility itself is clean, well lit, and easy to access. Signing up for a unit with Joseph was a breeze. He gave us our options, walked us through the paperwork, and was kind and helpful the entire time. If you need storage, this is the place!

My experience was great for the duration of my rental. My only issue was pricing. I got one price online and another in person. The price went up 6 months in. Staff is very helpful. If I need a place for storage again, I would consider coming back.

Kenny is the best ever in the whole region of Louisiana

The manager was familiar and most helpful. I was able to secure an additional large unit for furniture from our home. It was the only large one available, thus very convenient to my needs.

i can not speak on ending the contract as i am still renting, but the process of signing to rent a unit was quick and easy! in terms of security, price, communication and accessibility, i have no complaints so far. i am a happy customer and would absolutely recommend!

The staff at the Center is very professional helpful & pleasent. However the rent is too high, and seems artbitrary. Also the late charges are obnoxious.

Very Clean and unkept storage unit. KENNY at the front desk was very helpful and polite and helped me get the quickest and fastest service after being referred to by a different storage facility up the street. He made sure I got the right size storage unit for what I needed because I wasn’t quite sure at first. I recommend going here if you live near bluebonnet and Perkins area!
