I can't say enough good things about Stephanie at The Storage Center on (Balis Dr.) She is always so kind, professional, and quick to help whenever I stop by. On my last visit, I complimented an accent piece that she had bought herself. She mentioned how no one had noticed it before, and I think she appreciated that I did. To my surprise, she even let me have it! It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and she embodies that every day with her happy smile, humble attitude, and friendly personality. This company is lucky to have such a wonderful employee, and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her. Thank you, Stephanie for being awesome! These are the type of people that companies would want to hire for the face of their companies. They draw people in and make it a pleasant experience which always pretty much solidifies more business. She is amazing- whatever she's making now... Pay her more!!!! Ha!! I would gladly do business with a place of business and pay a little more to have good customer service and a friendly experience rather than just get that mediocre experience at any other place. I think a lot of people feel that way.

Stephanie helped me and my wife get a unit and was highly professional and helpful. Building was clean, temperature was cool, and belongings felt safe in the unit. I asked if there was any vending and she said no, but offered me the last can of coke in the back office refrigerator which I took. Would recommend.

My husband and I recently closed our daughter’s storage locker, as she now lives out of town. Stephanie and Marva, the onsite office managers, were extremely helpful with the process and have always gone the extra mile to help my daughter since she first rented the storage unit. They KNOW their business and are delightful with whom to work. Additionally, the facility itself is very well maintained; the storage units themselves were always clean; the AC was always working; and the big flat carts, for moving items, were always readily available.
