Easiest and fastest ive ever renting a storage all over phone extremely quick and emailed me code. Only thing is access time isnt 24hrs which makes it hard bc they close at 9.
Very hard to get around the parking lot facility is nice Great staff just hard to maneuver trailers and u haul trucks thru.
First of all the staff was professional and knowledgeable of the storage facility. they helped with placement because we needed space where larger move trucks would have access. The spaces we used were convenient for us. The only negative in our one year storage term was some roach and minimal mouse activity, but there was no damage as we closed out our contract. The staff was informed and I believe they will remedy this, but the next customer should review and prepare the storage rooms accordingly and be diligent to monitor this. Else, this facility was in a good location and satisfied our needs.
