They quickly showed me the different unit sizes I was interested in, went over the pricing, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what my options were. The whole process was easy, straightforward, and there was absolutely no pressure. They are currently at the top of my list as I compare a few places. Omar and Emily were very hospitable. They gave us a tour and a full rundown of everything. The facility is very nice and clean. They have good security measures and cameras to ensure your property stays safe. They even mentioned that they perform 2 walkthroughs everyday to ensure everything is locked and safe. Overall this is a really excellent storage facility!

Great experience from the very beginning. The customer service is excellent. Reserved my unit online and accidentally booked two units. Omar called me the very next morning to confirm and got it resolved immediately. Very respectful of time. They made notes on the account to call in the afternoon rather than morning as they noticed I am not a morning person. Facility is clean and they offer carts to make life easier. Units are reasonably priced and location is very convenient for us. 10/10 recommend.

Not only did he walk me through the unit/units, gave me a tour and also went the extra mile to sweep out my unit after I left.
