Excellent service! In fact they’re so efficient I forgot I’d signed up online! However, this gave me the opportunity to meet the team and Jessica is an absolute gem. The facilities are nice and very secure. I highly recommend the Burbank location for anyone in the BTR area

The online rental was seemless and easy! However, the best part of my experience was the personal touches of Jessica. We rented our unit from out of state and would be coming in site unseen. Not only did Jessica take the extra time to send us a site map with our unit highlighted, she also checked our code to make sure it worked because we were coming in after hours. This is the kind of customer service that is lacking with so many businesses today. 10/10 would recommend on that alone.

I came to the store to find a nice clean climate control facility. When I came to the store I was welcomed by Georgia she was so pleasant and so patient with me. She took her time to show me all different size units. When I get ready to move in September I will be back to rent a unit when I get ready to move.

Great Experience at Life Storage Burbank! The store manager is so sweet and polite. She assist me with making the right storage space for my belongings although I haven’t rented the space yet, I came in just to inquire about storage space sizes for my thing inside my dorm. She has the facility nicely decorated for the holidays and smells really good. Thanks for all you help Ms. Jamie, I will be back!

She even convinced me to up my storage unit that I am highly satisfied with. I am telling all my friends and family to rent from this clean facility. I have used many storage units over the years. As I might have a problem collecting family records and heirlooms. But I digress. In over 20 years of storing things all over the US I have never been as happy with a facility and staff as I am with them. Staff is fantastic. They care about what they are doing for sure. The space is always clean, there are always carts when I go there. Any questions I have had have been quickly and professionally answered. I have been trying to down size and will soon be moving into my third storage unit. This one is probably as small as I will be able to go while living here in Baton Rouge. Each transition has been handled great! Check them Out!

I checked out a few storage place in the area and Life Storage was best place for me. I am on a budget and the rates there were within my budget.
