The online rent/reserve is an easy process. A sweet lady named Pearl called me shortly after to confirm my reservation. I decided to check in a day early. Pearl was a delight to work with. Highly recommend. Very clean facility as well.

I have searched for a clean, easy access storage facility for my daughter as she begins the process of selling a home. Pearl and Todd made this process very easy. While I could have done this all online I decided that the personal touch was needed, and I’m glad I went into the office. Pearl was very helpful with the application process and selection of the unit in regards to easiest access. Todd was helpful explaining the use of the gated entry and exit. Both were friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. I am glad I chose this location for our storage needs.

The staff was super friendly and Mrs Pearl went above and beyond helping me during the move out process as well, would 10/10 recommend.

Pearl is wonderful ! Love this store just don’t love the price! Always been a Life Storage supporter but I just got a email with another increase on my unit. (2 this year). The only reason I’m still using them is both Prairieville locations have great people working there that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!

Stored a boat here for two years. The management is great, very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them! Also, I love the easy online payment. Only downsides are the periodic price increases and narrow sides for loading and unloading a boat. I could have got a larger unit on the far end, but it was almost double the price. Also, no electricity in the units was always a bummer, especially at night.

Life Storage is awesome. Ms. Pearl is friendly, kind, and patient. She assisted me with choosing the right sized storage. She took the time to walk me to the storage so that I could see the size of it before making a decision. The staff at this location is awesome.

Moving is extremely stressful but they actually made it a little more bearable! I secured my unit online it was MORE than what I expected and I was VERY happy with it. The facility is VERY CLEAN and well maintained! Extra kudos to Ms. Charlene and Ms. Nina who take great pride in ensuring their customers have what they need and make it the best experience as possible. The only issue was accessibility to carts but with a little help, they made it work for me as I was moving most of my belongings, alone, before the weekend crew could help with the big stuff. Ms. Charlene was very pleasant and eager to help with the cart issue, she was professional and courteous, and I know she cares tremendously about her customers-it shows! First, let’s talk about Mrs. Charlene... She was very professional and extremely helpful during a hard time for us of not knowing what our next move was with our living situation and she actually cared to hear what we had been through. It’s not often you find a place of business that wants to listen to what you have to say rather than just taking your money. She even told me about the history of the company which was really interesting. She has been with the company over 20 years, we know who we are using for storage for the rest of our lives!

Charlene had awesome customer service! I would highly recommend going to her if you need to rent a storage unit!

Excellent service. I came in around 5:50 although I knew they closed at 6 and Shelby the manager was so helpful. He let me see a unit before my purchase since I was unsure of the size and kindly walked me through all of the paperwork. Afterwards, although closed for business he showed me where my unit was and explained the ins and outs of accessing the unit. He went above and beyond.

I had zero issues renting a space to store my items. Price was as quoted on the website, easy access for the movers, clean and well lit!

I now have 3 storage units at this location! The manager Shelby is always very nice and helpful. The facility is very clean cool and comfortable and I never worry about my Personal belongings.
