The manager, Courtney, went above and beyond in helping me, with my move in and move out!!! Every time I went to my storage unit the property was immaculate!!

I can’t express how appreciative I am for Courtney assisting me with my space. Courtney was available for any questions or concerns I may have had and even when life was so hectic I forgot to make a payment. If ever I’m in the Baton Rouge area and need to rent a space it will definitely be this location. 5 stars is not enough to give. My space was clean , climate controlled and I really appreciated that the space is monitored so I was not worried about theft or anything out of the ordinary.

I came into this location asking about getting a rental for my mom. Courtney was very helpful, experienced and had a great attitude in helping me. Although I wasn't sure if I was going to rent a storage, she made me comfortable in choosing this location for our needs. She was supportive, eager to answer any questions that I had and kept a smile on her face at all times. 😁 Before coming to this location, I had checked two other locations and one of the locations, the representative was not good, no smiles, looked down at paperwork while speaking to me and gave no eye contact. Both didn't have good customer service. Speaking with Courtney was like a breath of fresh air. I am definitely going to bring my mom back to this location for our storage needs. Had the best experience with Courtney today! After losing my keys to my storage unit, I had to get my lock cut off and reset. Miss. Courtney was very welcoming and informative of the storage units. I had no clue to exactly what I needed being that I needed it immediately. She pointed me in the right direction and also suggested that I get climate control due to me using it to house furniture. She was very quick. I wasn’t in there no longer than 30 minutes.
