This review is for the Industriplex location: I recently rented an upper floor unit at Kelly’s building, and she was very helpful throughout the process. She showed me the available units so I could choose one, and reserved one for me. I ended up going with an even slightly larger unit. I appreciate the two flat carts kept by the elevators, for customer use. Anytime I visit, Kelly is there with her supply cart and lists, doing checks on the property throughout the aisles. I have spoken with other customers at the Industriplex location who said they’ve been there for some time and never had any issues. Everything is kept clean (including the office), in good working order, management is attentive, and the property appears to be well-maintained. This is a far cry from the location on Coursey, which is rat-infested. I DO NOT recommend the location on Coursey, as it appears to have deteriorated in the several years I was there, and I have damages from there. I really do hope Kelly stays at the Industriplex location for a long time, because she takes good care of the property and is very supportive of her customers.

I’ve used this facility for many years, but since Charlene became the manager, it’s been an even better experience. The facility is much cleaner than before, and if they’re not helping clients in the office, they’re out in the facility keeping it looking nice. Very helpful and friendly staff.
I just rented a storage unit here today. The building is very clean and smells great which is realĺy important. The process went seamless. They take you through everything step by step including helping you decide which size unit to get and taking you to view the units of your choice. Thank you Charlene for helping me to choose and reserve a unit earlier this week. Today I went back to pay for and sign the paperwork. A different lady I believe named Amanda was very kind while helping me complete the rental process. She escorted me back to the unit to so I could see its location again and let me practice locking and unlocking since it was my first time renting a storage unit. Thank you To the Storage Center Team on Industriplex for being so kind and taking out time to help me with my needs.

Made a phone, because I needed a good safe storage, spoke with Mrs. Charlene. She explained everything in detail. She told me I could come over and take a look. Came to the office, she showed me options and now I am renting a unit because, of the nice pleasant attitude.

I needed a place immediately and Mrs. Nina Guidry was so helpful. She communicated with me via phone the day before and knew who I was when I came in to complete my registration for the unit. She was very sweet and patient with me deciding on what unit would best fit my needs. She showed me several units and also applied the monthly special which helps tremendously considering I have lots of moving expenses. The facility is very clean. If you need a nice, clean, climate control unit, I highly recommend Mrs. Nina Guidry and Life Storage on Industriplex/Airline.

Chasity provided me with the best customer service I've experienced with storage companies. I've moved all over the country; dealt with alot of storage companies and she's by far the friendliest and most efficient storage advisor I've had. I strongly advise going to this exact location, y'all.

Lynn Oswalt and his staff were a pleasure to work with. He and his staff were always responsive on the phone and in the office. They maintain strict quality control which provides a safe and secure place for the protection of their client's items stored at the facility. Lynn called me one evening to say we had locked the lock on the door without sliding the lever into the locked position. Of course, we went and locked the door properly to protect our belongings. He notified us a couple of times that our storage payment was past due before we would have had to pay a late fee. I cannot lift heavy items and several times Lynn or the staff helped me load heavy items in my truck. With this kind of service you can understand why we highly recommend this location for storage of your belongings. (He was also always nice enough to laugh at my corny jokes).

I went into cubesmart needing a space to store some of my things until my house is sold. Lesia the manager was extremely helpful in going over the price and contract. Plus the entire building is climate control., indoor, and secure.... with reasonable prices.
