This has been the best experience in my life! We have used storage units at least 10 times in the last 25 years and this has by far been the best ever! The reasons are: -First, the Manager, Mrs. Cheryl, made sure to work with us until we had the correct size unit for our household items. She also took time to find an area that had enough units to hold all our items and be right next to each other. Some companies wouldn't even care that you have to hike from one side or up/down to another level. -Mrs. Cheryl also ALWAYS greeted me and knew who I was. She took time to know the people she serves. That's great for security reasons and shows customer care! -When we had issues with a moving service cancelling 30 minutes before arrival, Mrs. Cheryl found someone for us. -Second, Mrs. Stephanie, who seemed to work the storage floors, do rounds to check on all units, clean the areas (everything was always clean), and actually stop and ask if we needed anything every time we saw her. This woman STAYS busy just like Mrs. Cheryl. -Mrs. Stephanie always had a smile and greeted everyone. Great customer service! Lastly: -The location is great. -Easy to find -Security pin pad for easy entry -Gates for entry and exit are monitored by front office -Closes late-ish (9p.m.) -Dollies provided: flat 4 wheel and 2 wheel truck dollies -Climatized -Large supply style elevators on North and South entries -Bathrooms ALWAYS clean and supplied! What made this experience the best were these two women! They did their job and beyond.

Cheryl was super helpful. She answered all our questions and made sure we had all the information to get through the gate and how to get to our storage unit from the correct door. She explained everything that we needed to know before I had a chance to ask any of my questions. She even answered a few questions that I forgot to ask and the best part is we got the first month free. I absolutely 100% recommend getting it uyto end getting storage at this location. Everyone here is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you.

I must My experience at this storage center location has completely changed my opinion on storage center. I came today to close out my unit and tell them where to stick their random price increases. I was prepared to lose my religion with the amount of curse words I was going to let fly out my mouth until I arrived and spoke with Ms. Stephanie. She was very helpful, apologetic and redeemed the situation in a flash. I went in to cancel my account and ended up leaving with another unit thanks to her amazing customer service. I highly recommend!!!
