I recently relocated all of my worldly belongings after storing them here for 3 years. Everything was in perfect condition, even my most temperature sensitive belongings! During my several month move-in process, I received a ton of valuable guidance from Joanna, not to mention her prompt responsiveness. It's rare these days to find an employee to go above and beyond to take care of a customer. She is an invaluable member of the team. Upon move-out, Michael was working that day and provided some last-minute guidance, alleviating some last-minute stress and sending me on my way with some words of encouragement and thanking me for my business. Again, the concern and customer-focused assistance both Joanna and Michael showed me throughout my rental term was very uplifting and appreciated during what is typically a challenging ordeal (moving/storing valuables).
