The manager Michael went above and beyond to assist me. After trying to get in with the access codes that I was given for two and a half hours I still couldn't I was beyond frustrated. So I called the local store number and it went to a central center and the dispatch there told me she was going to get the manager to give me a call. And he did within 15 minutes. Then everything shuts down at 9:00 Mr Michael gave me 24-hour access for one day only. After my horrible day...Michael, in that very moment, instantly changed my preception to a better outcome. Then proceeded to help me unload the moving truck. Exceptional service he extended. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable, that I would gladly save I would want him on my team in any business. Michael and Bruce, noticed the items that were left outside of the unit and retrieved the items, then called my dad to let him know that they had the items and they were secure. When I went to pick the items up, they verified my ID and put the items in my trunk. Best guys ever!….. I recently relocated all of my worldly belongings after storing them here for 3 years. Everything was in perfect condition, even my most temperature sensitive belongings! During my several month move-in process, I received a ton of valuable guidance from Joanna, not to mention her prompt responsiveness. It's rare these days to find an employee to go above and beyond to take care of a customer. She is an invaluable member of the team. Upon move-out, Michael was working that day and provided some last-minute guidance, alleviating some last-minute stress and sending me on my way with some words of encouragement and thanking me for my business. Again, the concern and customer-focused assistance both Joanna and Michael showed me throughout my rental term was very uplifting and appreciated during what is typically a challenging ordeal (moving/storing valuables).
