I have used the storage center several times. The facility provides high quality storage units that are kept clean and intact. Management visibly works hard to keep the facility in top shape. They take pride in maintaining the building, the units and the grounds. I have had no problems when it has come to using the facility from check In to check out, my belongings have always stayed intact and in good condition. I do highly recommend this facility. If you were looking for quality Temperature controlled size oriented storage. But I am going to say this. Be careful of management. They will smile and be friendly to your face. But I have learned from personal experience, Unfortunately, that they will talk about you behind your back, When they think you are not looking so keep that in mind. They are not your friends. Be careful what you tell them because like everybody in Lafayette, Everyone is out to get everyone. So my message to management is there's no reason for that. I questioned myself on whether or not I was going to post that in my review, but I think people should know it's unprofessional, uncalled for and unnecessary. You are there to do a job management? You are not there to judge, so I do hope that y'all work on that. I do hope that you see when someone is struggling in their life. Don't pretend to be their friend to their face. And by all means, double check the phone number as you are calling before you speak. Part of the reason people return to businesses is because they feel they can trust management or the employees or whome ver.It is that has made them feel comfortable there. So keep that in mind. It's very disappointing and it makes me question IF will ever use y'all's facility and your business ever again. And I want people to know that maybe if they feel the same way about that, that they should choose another facility as well. THAT ONE CHOICE THAT WAS MADE COULD MAKE A BREAK A BUSINESS. MANAGEMENT WORKS HARD TO MAINTAIN AN AMAZING FACILITY YET.DOESN'T WORK HARD AT BEING GENUINE.

This storage facility is very nice and managed well. Wendy and Rusty are very helpful when needed and quick to accommodate things like, “what space is mine?” and “what’s the code” and other things you should know already… The inside of the storage area was always cool, even on the hottest of days too. So if you’ve nice stuff to store, this is a great option. I also like the limited access hours. It’s my view limited hours access (you can’t access the facility in the middle of the night) is reasonable and prevents “stupid” from happening. I rented space here for two years. Recommended.
