I've had a storage unit at this facility for over a year now. They have hiked up the prices 2 or 3 tines since me signing my initial contract, to include the insurance. If this persists, I will have to cancel my contract and go somewhere else. It's insane how they hike up the prices, and boil it down to "due to increased demand in your area, prices will be increased" during the middle of a contract agreement. It's a shame because the facility is always clean, the associates are nice and informative and my storage remains secured and safe.
