Reception area looks like the top of a medieval parapet appended to an Hobbit hole entrance. Manager has pretty eyes.

Great storage facility! It has easy access and the units are very clean. Management was very pleasant to work with.

Too pricey, but they make ending a lease very easy! Make sure you spray your unit for spiders and tape up your boxes well. I still got a few spiders near the door, but mostly crickets and water damage.

Let me tell you about The Storage Center ! My mother (Val) and I have been looking at this place for weeks.. we’ve been on the move and needed a trusted place. My mom finally got the guts to check them out and they were all so helpful. Please DONT go to UHAL when you have a local business like this.

I have been at this facility since before life storage took this property over. I was to the point of leaving this property after some issues with previous owners. When life storage took over I was hesitant to stay after previous dealings with a big orange national company. However my experience with life storage and management has been excellent. It's a great place to keep your things and I now feel like I keep my equipment at an actual secure facility

We originally chose to rent a unit at this storage because of its location to our home. Now we are keeping our unit because of the excellent customer service offered by your employee Wade. Everytime we stopped by, he consistently offers a greeting, a smile and answers all of our questions. We needed to downsize to a smaller unit. He was so helpful in the process. You are very fortunate, as we are to have him at Life Storage.

They were the only ones available to meet my needs... Dwayne Was Absolutely wonderful... he took the time to show me the inside of a unit and even help me with testing the gate... Id Definitely recommend this place!!

I chose Life Storage on 3000 N Villa because of their location….. in the heart of OKC. Once there, I found their staff very open and friendly. Dwane answered all of my questions, was patient and attentive, and most helpful. The facility is clean and well kept.

I am so grateful for Duane! He sent me an email letting me know that I had not secured my storage and when I arrived he did not make me feel bad for making that mistake. He was super kind and very helpful. When I got to my storage there was a miniature lock on my storage. Which is more than appreciated, All of my belongings were inside, he then came out to my space and removed the lock for me. Thanks Duane! Superb customer service.

I have been renting space here for over 3 years for both my personal, and business needs. Since Life Storage took over ownership of this facility, customer service quality has increased dramatically. The on-site manager Dwane Cook has always been accommodating in helping me transition into other units as my storage needs have changed. The overall security and cleanliness has improved with the daily, periodic rounds of inspecting the property, and they always make a point to stop and say hello and check on things when they see you on site. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of storage with peace of mind. Robert Gorski

The staff was super nice and it was easy enough to get a space to rent. I checked out the unit beforehand and it was clean and in great condition. It seems very secure and orderly. The units are solidly built and adequately vented. The aisles are constructed to draw water away from the storage units effectively. I habe been impressed so far.

Weird to be excited about a storage facility, however they go beyond just being a storage unit. The location is built with providing the best location and protection for your personal items. The drive between each unit is built for drainage and making sure your unit is secure from any weather condition. Spacious clean, metal built units with indoor lighting . Easy to retrieve things without worrying about any damaged to your property because the units were built with wood. The owners definitely take pride in their property and its a bonus to be able to partner with them in their community service. Nice to know that our rental is assisting Cleveland Elementary School.
