Just want to share good customer service .. George off of Hwy 18 in Jackson ,Ms was so nice and had good posture and great customer service ,, no attitudes ,, he helped in all possible ways with respect ! Please keep George at the front cause he is the definition of great customer service !

I recently visited the storage center in Jackson MS to get pricing on a few units. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young lady Morgan was very nice and took the time to show me the units that were available so that I could see them for myself. Thanks for being patient with me.

...just rented a storage unit from this place today. Israel Ontiveros, the store manager, was very informative , straightforward and to the point. I appreciate knowing what the cost will be upfront. I do not like hidden cost tackled on in small print. He told me the company raise unit prices every six months. For me, that's good to know because I can budget for that or move before that time. Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with the manager, and I hope to have a good experience with this company.

I have rented from you all Facility in Jackson Mississippi on highway 18 for years the air has been broken since August and still not working I do catering and I lost a lot of items due to the heat in the building and by me being disabled and have asthma there's no way I was even able to go in the building to get my items because it was so hot No one never contacted me to tell me that the air was not working I had to find out on my own Now it's time to pay rent again and I don't think I should have to be paying for a facility that doesn't have air and that's what I was paying for
