Cleanest and safest storage I have experienced so far. Excellent customer service isn’t even enough to explain. David and Andy makes you feel like family. It also helps that the price of my space was well within my budget.
I haven’t seen a storage place as clean as this. Having my own security company, I understand how important it is to keep valuables safe. The police are always near by this location but more importantly is how I see this facility ran by the two male staff. It seems as though they don’t let anything fly under their radar which I absolutely love.
One of my filming crew partners recommended this place to me. I didn’t expect much initially thing all storages were the same. I saw they had the best prices for the surrounding area so that was a plus. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was taken back by how down to earth the two gentlemen were who where working. Extremely nice and cool to work with. Fast service which was needed and appreciated. No complaints at all
Best experience I’ve received from staff at any storage facility I’ve rented from. I believe their names were David and Andy who were working. They took their time to walk me through the facility, show me around and I was satisfied with how clean the place was. Highly recommend this building to anyone

Went there to get a storage unit. And The guy in the office was so nice and helpful. He answered all of our questions and got our lease agreement done in no time. The prices are really good too. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a storage unit.

I had a storage unit with The Storage Center since Hurricane Ida, until a week ago. Prior to having done business with them, I had used other storage facility services on several occasions. I have never had any real notable bad experiences, but at the same time, I had never had any remarkable experiences to speak of, until The Storage Center! I have had several unforeseen hardships arise in the last few years, that resulted in financial hardships. David performed his duties by notifying me of the current status on my unit when it was past due. Each and every time this occurred, the conversation would start with the notification, followed by a brief conversation and always ending with understanding and a pleasant business experience! At one point, just two months before emptying my units, one of my two units went to auction, while I was hospitalized. David patiently stayed on the phone with me until we resolved the lien and saved my unit!!! This required a lot of patience on David’s part! I was literally battling to survive when my unit was in auction, taking place at that time, with only 20 minutes to spare before the end of the auction. Let’s be honest, that is Customer Service!!!! What real difference would it make to David wether or not I lose my storage? Business is Business, right? Not all the time.. When you’re doing business with a person that naturally possesses compassion, integrity and morals, there is always a way of successfully conducting business, even with adversities!! I can’t thank David enough for never making me feel as though I was a burden, but instead Always going above and beyond, when I needed it most!!! David is a huge asset to The Storage Center!! I highly recommend the 32nd Street Kenner, La. location for your storage needs!! In the words of David, “ Today is the last and first day ever!!!” Walking out the front office door, the day I vacated the units, David said those words and it stopped me in my tracks. I looked back because it resonated and I needed to hear that, at that very moment!! Words that I will always reflect back on!! Too good not to share with others!!!

Jae is the best!!! She’s always so willing to answer any questions I have and very helpful. I’ve never come to the office or called her and caught her in a bad mood.
The lady (I believe her name is Jae) that completed my reservation and move in was very friendly. I really like the layout of the facility as well as the location of my unit. The office and bathroom were very clean and the halls were free of trash. Both the office and the building smelled good also.

If you decide to rent a unit, go online first! I got my first month free and I'm loving it. The lady at the desk was really nice and explained everything in full detail so I could get a good understanding before signing.
Three units after 1 1/2 years and my Overall Excellent experience was just Outstanding!!!!!
