Stacy is literally the best. She has been so cool and helpful every single time we’ve come through. I have ALWAYS seen her taking good care of the place and the customers. I’ve had units in other places, but this one has been the most clean and smoothly run. I had to stop and say thank you to her and the Storage Center as a whole. It’s people like her that makes having to run back and forth across town to dig through a storage alright, lol!

This is the nicest storage place, especially for the price, that I have ever rented. And I’ve rented quite a few over the years. The staff both over the phone at the call center and in person are extremely helpful and very nice. The place is super clean! They have cards to help you move stuff. An elevator if you’re not on the first floor. I know that my things are safe here! Would highly recommend!

Management is amazing!

The facility is clean, the staff is phenomenal and the rates are reasonable. What more can you ask for. Soon I'll be renting more space from here for my trailer based purely on the recommendation of Staci P., the person at the counter whom I believe is the manager. She's a fantastic person in my opinion.

The storage center facility in New Orleans was very clean and it appeared, equipped with moving supplies for purchase to assist you should you choose . There were also hand carts available to help you unload your belonging. I was really impressed with the front desk staff member Miss Stacy. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the facility. I explained to her that I was from out of town needing to move quickly. She not only took care of my needs for securing a storage unit, but she also helped me to quiet my grandchild by giving her a stuff little animal. She assisted me in choosing the correct size Storage unit and she provided some information for other resources such as a possible moving company. I would recommend this facility to others that are moving or need to store their belongings. We switched from another storage unit place due to price hikes every few months. We got better care/customer service in the two days we’ve been with The Storage Center, than the 1.5 years we were with Extra Storage! Stacy is amazing!! She is friendly, knows her stuff and is caring! Highly recommend this place, just for Stacy alone! lol it is very clean, well lit and a newer facility.
