The staff and manager at the storage center in eastern New Orleans are friendly and the service is excellent. They are always accommodating and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. The building is well lighted, secured and maintained as are the grounds. I have been using them for a long time and can feel good, having peace of mind leaving our family's excess storage in their facility. Thank you, Jae, and staff!!!

This Storage Center is awesome! I am a Storage Center customer for life. I work with a nonprofit and we needed them to help us with the storage. Within 36 hours we got a positive response back! They lifted that weight off of our shoulders.What an incredible community business partner! They did not have to do that. Not only that, this store has the best owner and staff, with Jae and Anita. They keep it well maintained, supplies and cars are always available. I love them!

I was looking for some storage and went into The Storage Center on i10service rd. Met Jae, who explained all the options for me. Showed me the space available and the various units so I can physically see the size of the units for comparison. She explained the discounts available and helped me select a unit. Jae went out of her way to help set up the storage center App and educated me on how to easily use it. She helped me through the process of selecting the move in day and walked me through the registration process. I am very appreciative of the assistance she provided.

Ms. Anita was really nice and friendly she was very knowledgeable about the units and the prices of the them as well, she gave excellent customer service .

I have been with this storage center since 3/27/21 and the customer service was mediocre up until December 2024. But, I must say, “I have experienced the best customer service from Ms Anita”. She deserves a raise. I wish this could be a universal experience.

Jae SM was very helpful. She showed me different units and helped me figure out which size was best for me and my needs. It was a quick and easy process. Also the space is very clean and feels super safe which is important to me.

I have been renting a storage locker since May 2024. Every time I have had contact with Jae whether it is on the phone or in person, she has been so incredibly kind, helpful, pleasant, professional and any other positive adjective there is. Jae over all the best part of the storage center. Please forward this email to all her superiors. It is rare these days to have someone that truly embodies what customer service is and truthfully what being a decent human is

Jae is amazing! I came in around 5:45 PM this evening, and she was kind enough to show me to my storage unit, despite the fact the office was closing soon and it was raining heavily. She provided me with my gate access code, walked me to my storage unit (located on the 3rd floor), She could have easily provided me with my code and let me figure it out, but she went above and beyond to ensure I had the information necessary to do this on my own in the future. Her kindness and knowledge is truly unmatched!

Michelle was an exceptional she was very knowledgeable awesome customer service and very sweet person. The company is wrong for charging fees when they said the first month was free but it’s not. Paid 50

Jamal and his staff are wonderful, accommodating, clean, secure units, and professional upon approach. I decreased my storage from 2 to 1 unit without any issues. I was concerned with the new transition of owners but was so happy to see the management did not change. I would recommend to family and friends.

Jamal was so helpful. He was so patient with me and assisted me with moving my things into the unit. He even helped get rid of the spiders that had inhibited the unit before us 🤭. The rates are amazing and the customer service is great! Two much needed things for a college student looking to put their things away for the summer:)

The location is easily accessible, clean, spacious, I like the fact there you can only access the floor where your unit is, and lovin the view from my unit.
