This was my first time using a storage unit. I walked right in and was greeted by Chevy. He explained how renting a unit worked, he helped me pick the right unit that I needed, entered my info in the computer and I was ready to start moving in. He gave me a map of the building and walked with me to the unit. The process was simple and easy. They even provide a cart to help assist you with moving your items. On move out day Chevy told me that the company would go in and clean up after everything was moved out. Overall great customer service. Would definitely use again and recommend to someone. Thanks Chevy!

Most recently, he helped me move and clean up extensive rodent damage, handling everything with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude. No matter the situation, Prince is always dependable and kind. As a single woman(with no msn power ), his support has meant so much to me—he truly is a gem. Prince, the store manager is on top of ever transaction regarding my storage unit(s) This store manager is very professional and actually went up and beyond making sure ever detail of my storage needs was addressed. He asked intelligent questions about my contents and knew exactly the size I needed. The insured I wasn’t paying for more room that I didn’t need. Because of a back injury he found a unit that would be close for my carrying boxes. I often see him washing the outside the doors of outside units. He can be seen picking up trash people leave. He is a dedicated manager that cares about his customers and their storage units. I would not go anywhere else for my storage needs.

Ivan and Prince helped me so much to ease my concerns about the storage unit. They were quite accommodating and explained everything to me. I'm glad that Life Storage is available for people in need of immediate assistance.

Ms. Hayes made sure I received the rate I was quoted and ensured that the unit was the right size to hold all of my personal belongings. She even went as far to provide me with a bottle of water due to the amount of perspiration seen on the top of my head. I will definitely recommend this Storage facility to any one in need of a place to leave their belongings for an extended stay.
