Over the years, I have rented many storage units in many states. Mr. Thomas was the best of all the facility managers I have met! He did a thorough and professional review of the documentation, took the time to show me various units, and provided helpful insights into the renting process. The facility was immaculate and professionally maintained. In addition, he is very security conscious. You are fortunate to have a manager of this caliber.
She was an awesome help and has a really cool name for her dog! 10/10 best lady I’ve spoken to in awhile!

Went in today to get a storage unit 10 x 20 climate control. Was greeted by Leslie sHe couldn’t have been more friendlier and professional if I had hand picked myself. Top notch Service she provided, Took me to my storage unit Made sure I knew where it was. In addition, she took the time to tell me all the perks of storing my belongings here.

Thomas was awesome!!! He looked out for me from the very beginning and saw that I was scared and that this was my first time and made the experience easy and fast. I got the unit I wanted, valuable advice, boxes and materials to pack may crap in and he even helped me bring my things I purchased to my truck. Customer service was awesome and he was very knowledgeable about his job and seemed very patient and understanding being as I’m a young female and I was by myself so I’m grateful.
