From start to finish, it was absolutely amazing. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly — the check-in was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free (much appreciated on moving day when everything else feels chaotic!). The facility is spotless, smells fresh, and the climate-controlled environment gave me instant peace of mind. The highlight: the staff went above and beyond. I was exhausted after moving and Caprise the store manager offered water and energy drinks — seriously immaculate customer service. Everything I needed was set up the night before my big move, and that made all the difference. If you’re looking for storage that’s clean, well-managed, and staffed by genuinely caring people, THIS is it. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
