This storage facility is the cleanest and most tidy facility over all my years of renting. Ms. Wendy who is the manager is the sweetest person and is so very helpful. They have carts to help with loading and unloading and the facility is nice and secure and in a very safe area. Plus they are the most affordable option of those in the area.

This is a great place to rent a storage unit from. The employee there, Wendy, is very kind, informative, and helpful. She made the process of renting our unit effortless. The storeage building is in a convenient location right in the heart of Youngsville, LA. It is very clean, and well kept. I know my belongings are safely stored and I feel safe when I am there.

Top notch service! Wendy helped me out in a pinch and really helped me out! I will say this, if you have a queen size mattress or larger, you can’t do a 5’x5’. It just wont work. Wendy hooked me up with a new larger unit, still on the first floor, in just a few minutes! Highly recommend! Only downside is there’s only one entrance and even though it was busy at the time we were there, it didn’t affect us.

The security measures give me real peace of mind. I followed Wendy from the Johnson st location, because she makes sure her facility is clean and taken care of, also she is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the first day, she made the process simple and stress-free, clearly explaining the rental terms and helping me choose the right unit size. I also appreciate how well the grounds are kept, no clutter, NO PEST, and everything feels safe and organized. It's clear Wendy takes pride in her facility.

This is a beautiful clean new facility. I’m thrilled to get in early. I made my reservation online this morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Wendy who was super friendly and checked me in quick, showed right to my locker. I’ve been to three storage places since moving to Acadiana, and I’m glad this one has opened and the closest one. Highly recommend.

Easy to reserve and rent a space online and easy to move in and access the unit! The space was well kept, clean, and comfortably climate controlled! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with the move-in and with any questions I had. Overall, hassle free and easy! The smaller units are a bit smaller than expected (not quite 5'x5') but still enough space for me, personally! I also wasn't expecting the renter's insurance to be a requirement, so just be aware that it will be a monthly fee added to your account, unless you already have home-owners or renter's insurance.

I had an amazing experience with Wendy! She went above and beyond to help me secure a storage space, even coming in on her day off to assist me. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated her dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
