Cindy is great. Her personality was outstanding. From walking into the door her cumunication was pleasant. I told her what I was looking for and she new what to do. I didn't have to do anything else. She got me in and didn't waste no time. She hooked me up, even offered me a water or soda and a snack. You can tell she loves her job and is very hands-on. I would not recommend any other place. I wish more people would be as considerate as cindy. Thank u agian. Your doing g a great job. Keep it up.

We recently needed a larger storage unit and were so pleasantly surprised when we stopped in at the Storage Center on Shields Road! Cindy was working the desk and she was super friendly and helped us pick just the right size unit for our needs! They have been incredibly helpful throughout our move and Cindy has earned a long time customer. Whenever I need storage I won't bother to look anywhere else. The prices are great, the facility is very clean, the building is secure with CCTV & access control, and the climate control is perfect. What more could you ask for?
