I've had my storage for over a year now great customer service, the karts are always available to help move things and the people are very friendly
Jodie and Dee were very helpful in assisting me with renting a unit and also quick. I was able to get the units secured on my lunch break. 10/10 would recommend.

Just signed up for a unit, this place is super clean. Got a unit on the 2nd floor, they have an elevator and dolly's to help move stuff.

I am very impressed with the reception I got . The lady employee Tami was very helpful and friendly. She took time to take me to my unit , showed me how to get there. She even took time to check that the code was working well. Even regarding my discount code which was not kicking in she took pains to call the main office to fix it .

The two women at the office are fantastic, very helpful and patient. You got a unit and I'm glad it's all climate controlled.
Tami was beyond helpful, she walked me to view the unit to make sure it was adequate in size and even went out her way to show me where I could enter. She also made sure my code worked. Definitely recommend if a storage unit is need. Go see Tami. Very sweet lady.

Just started using this storage facility and impressed with how clean and organized it is. The lady at the front desk is kind and takes the time to show you around, answer questions, and had patience with me and my kids.
Reserved a unit online early one morning. Shortly after 7 am Vickie called and was confirming my rental. There was a chance I would not make it to Texarkana before theor 6 pm closing. Vickie offer her personally number just in case I was late. That did not happen and when I arrived, I was treated very professionally, but also like and old friend that had been there many times. They completed the agreement details and I wasn't of there in 30 minutes from when I arrived: including unloading the item fro a truck load of stuff. I could not be happier with my choice of locations.
They gave us a great deal. Recommend them!

Vicki is so informative and walked us through all the steps needed to get our space secured. The facility is very clean and secured. They have carts that are very sturdy with rounded corners/bumpers that make moving things in easy. It’s was such a good choice !
