Hands down, this storage unit was the best one I have been to! Super easy set up and cancellation process. Very clean, has A/C, and the open hours were helpful too considering I work later than 5p. Definitely recommend!

Katie was AMAZING! I was very nervous going in for the first time to rent a storage unit. But she was so patient and kind. She explained everything in detail to me and was not annoyed at all of my silly questions! She even took me on a tour to show me exactly where my unit was located and how to properly lock it up. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend!
Amber was super sweet and helpful. She helped me with all my questions over the phone and again in person. I actually ended up renting in Slidell but only because they didn’t have the unit size I needed in the first floor. Amber called her sister store to check over there and sure enough they had one. It was very important to be on the first floor. I’m very satisfied at both locations I’ve visited and recommend either location to everyone. The customer service is phenomenal and it’s so clean inside and outside the facilities.
