Worked with Sierra and she was great. Fast, efficient and very nice. Twenty minutes start to finish but didn't feel rushed. Lots of options on spaces and spaces were all well kept. Would highly recommend.

I just want to share the great experience I just had with The Storage Center in Little Rock. I went in to upgrade my unit from a 5x15 to a 10x10 and Kelly was absolutely wonderful. Had both storage and an RV spot for many years. Tight quarters for the 23 foot trailer - wouldn’t have wanted to go bigger. Staff was nice, no issues during my time. Pricey, but the location was too convenient to pass up.

Reserved my unit online and completed the reservation at the office. Ms. Lisa helped get everything I needed and even met me at the unit to remove the temporary tag. The service was quick and easy and the unit was as described online.

Great staff. They were very helpful to me today and found a non employee guy to help me move a couch. Additionally, one time my wife didn’t lock the unit, and they called me to tell me, and I forgot to go lock it , and they called multiple times to remind me to come lock the unit.
