The staff employed at this location are extremely friendly and professional. The receptionist, Lou, gave a first impression that deserves a 5 star review... If you're looking for a well managed facility to safely store inventory, this property will surpass expectations... The CCTV surveillance equipment is very well positioned around the entire facility. The electronic access controls on their entrances and both elevator units is very well maintained and prevents unauthorized access around the facility... Between Lou with her family friendly attitude, and the intrusion prevention in place at this location, this is the absolute best choice for storage facilities in Denham Springs...

Your customer service at the office it’s the greatest! Lou and Tina are the sweetest and very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is that you need something like a guide to see how everything works once you get your unit when you do it online; I did it on a holiday as an emergency and it was my first time renting one so I didn’t know what to do at the time with the tamper tag if I was allowed to take it off and open it or not but other than that I did like the facility and that is very clean
