Exceptional. Clear and reasonable pricing. Prepaid a year. While not guaranteed, they gave a solid explanation of what typical price increases have historically been. They don't appear to jerk you around. Both Michelle and KK were very helpful - pleasant people.
My experience here was great! I was totally late for my reservation I arrived just in time though and was greeted by the sweetest person Kay Kay! Thank you so much for giving me a little more time to arrive that was a blessing. Kay Kay was very pleasant and very knowledgeable she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Kay Kay explained rules and policies also and made everything real easy for me. We all know moving can be a huge burden but it is so nice when a person can make at least one part of it pleasant and a blessing. Thank you Kay Kay🙏🏽 and shouts out to Michelle for greeting us with a smile and some kind words. Kay Kay you are an example of what great customer service and customer courtesy should always be. I’ve had 3 units at this location for 5 years now, and they are very well kept. I have units inside and out. The grounds are well maintained and the halls and restroom are always clean. I speak to Miss KK in the front office weekly and she’s extremely courteous and provides excellent customer service.

I went to this storage facility to inquire about a storage for my belongings. Ms. Michelle & Ms. KayKay was so helpful ! Amazing I should say they did more than enough to make sure I got the best size storage for my items . The storage was very clean and a perfect size for everything to fit perfectly! Highly recommend if you’re in need of a clean storage to come here , and ask for either Ms Michelle or Ms. KayKay . , I can assure you’ll get the best customer service possible and leave with a great deal.

Vicky the area Supervisor had to help me with an issue and was an absolute joy to deal with. Spoke to her several times and she was prompt with contact and a solution. The office staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Place is always clean and welcoming. Now if I would stop forgetting my code to enter everyone be happier😁😁😁Great place!

Racine @ the front desk was able to accommodate all of our storage needs! We were apprehensive at first because we were moving a work storage that consisted of 3 units into this location with only 2 but with the right shelving- everything fit! We have both and inside and outside/drive-up units. They have carts at both entrances and bathroom access during office hours. Units are secure as you need your access code to both enter gate and hallway that leads to inside units.
Paige was great. Thanks so much! She explained that she was new but knew all the answers to all my questions. The location is nice, clean, and definitely convenient. Looking forward to storing my extra stuff there and seeing the bubbly personality of the workers. 😊
