Went to get a unit today and walked out very impressed. The facility was very nice and seems very maintained. Melissa who helped me out went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable in what I was getting and showed me around. It was very clear she’s highly liked by other customers as they also showed their gratitude. Kudos to having such a good employee that cares in what she’s doing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made signing up easy, as well as closing out. There were lots of products available to help with the moving and organizing process. The unit was clean when I got it. None of my possessions were damaged while staying in storage for several months. Can’t recommend enough!

I was exhausted by trying to find a safe, clean, pleasant, economically reasonable storage place. Melissa was dealing with many things including the Internet being down. Despite this she helped me decide on the right sized unit. She helped me with everything I needed and was able to get me into a unit despite Internet problems. This is going above and beyond. She even advised me where I could get a lock because her card reader was down. She was honest and helpful. I got a great deal on my unit. Property is beautifully maintained inside and out. Attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve rented storage in a few different places around New Orleans and the Metairie area and by far Life Storage in Metairie is the absolute best storage facility I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. Yvonne and Chelsey were not only accommodating, they were super sweet, funny, friendly and made my moving experience pleasant. Life Storage in Metairie is extremely clean, the climate control system there is awesome and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a reliable place to store their belongings.

Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had renting space with a storage facility. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The manager, Ms. Yvonne, even made herself available to show me where my unit would be located. The facility itself is very clean. I love the after hours access and climate control features.

I have multiple units at the Old Metairie location. Yvonne is wonderful and so accommodating. She answers all of your questions, is prompt with callbacks, and just overall so warm and helpful! The units are climate controlled and very well kept. I am very satisfied with my experience at the Airline Drive, Metairie location.

I went in yesterday and had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a storage facility. Ms. Yvonne is a gem! I absolutely love her personality. She was extremely helpful and personable. Literally the kindest sweetest person. I came in feeling tired from my work day and left feeling energized and warm. The climate controlled facility is so nice and super clean. I’ve been looking around the city for months for a unit. I’m so happy I decided on this Life-storage location. Close to my apartment with lovely amenities. I’m going back soon just to see Ms. Yvonne! Enjoyed my experience.

Convenient clean storage facility. It’s well maintained and climate controlled. Very little if any dust on my items. Ms. Yvonne is always super helpful and available around the facility. I moved out one of storage units today and she made the process so seamless. I love that she walks around and monitors, it ensures that my stuff is extra secure.
