The spaces we used were convenient for us. The only negative in our one year storage term was some roach and minimal mouse activity, but there was no damage as we closed out our contract. The staff was informed and I believe they will remedy this, but the next customer should review and prepare the storage rooms accordingly and be diligent to monitor this. Else, this facility was in a good location and satisfied our needs.

After finding myself in an unexpected situation and needing storage on short notice, I tried several locations in the College Station area with no success until I came across The Storage Center. Alexus was absolutely fantastic!!! She had just rented the unit I was inquiring about to the lady in front of me when I was in the office which happened to be the last available unit. I was so disappointed. Fortunately Alexus remembered someone had just moved out of a different unit that morning. It was the exact size I needed too! While I waited, she verified that the unit was empty and was able to make it available to me. She was an absolute gem and really helped me when I was in need. She was an excellent representative for The Storage Center who went above and beyond. I am grateful for her excellent customer service and to The Storage Center for providing me a great service!

This team here went above and beyond! I was anxious to select the storage center bryan for multiple reasons, being sight unseen, on a very specific timeline, unloading in an inconvenient time. But this team contacted me immediately to let me know the ins and outs of the storage units available, took the extra time and care to explain the way the building layouts are, and from the beginning the customer service was beyond my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will certainly store with them again!

She saw me unloading by myself one day and she volunteered to go get the flat bed for me even though it was quite a distance away. She goes above and beyond her duties. Fabulous experience! Lady at the office was wonderful to me, a grandmother who needed a personal touch. Space had lighting😃. It was clean! Chose a ‘climate controlled’ unit which I now know is the ONLY WAY TO GO.
