Kim and Steve are absolutely the Best business owners to work with. The facility area is spotless, they are available to help with all your needs and concerns. I have been using this location for years and I have nothing but the utmost respect for these two people. I would never store my belongings anywhere else. I live in Hawaii and come back to BR once a year, they are the only ānon familyā that I make a point to say āHelloā to and thank them personally for updating me throughout the year regarding the storage center! As they say in Hawaii, āMahaloā for all you do for your customers.

I've rented here twice and Mrs Kim is very organized and helpful. The property has driving bays that are wide unlike some other places that are tight and hard to turn with trailers. It is also clean and well kept. Prices were good compared to other places and they even have outdoor parking spaces for rent. I rented a storage unit plus an outdoor parking space. Very happy with my experience here.

Kim and Steve were amazing from the time I began my booking online all the way to move out. They were always a phone call away for any clarification or assistance needed. Such warm and kind owners as well! There was never an interaction when either of them wasn't smiling. I highly recommend this location for any storage needs!

Have had my AC controlled unit for almost a year and am sad to empty out and end my storage here.
