Great guy Jeremy runs a great facility
Jeremy provided dynamic customer service. He was very friendly and warm. Jeremy answered each question I elaborated on to provide me with a dynamic customer experience. He explained the payment process, provided me with the rental details of my storage, and communicated on the policies of renting with the organization. I would highly recommend Storage Center as the preferred company to rent storage space. Jeremy suggested a lock to secure my personal items. That is, I purchased a lock based on his recommendation. The online experience of reserving the unit and paying the fee was extremely easy. The online system is customer friendly.

I found this location by accident while I was looking for a storage facility. We went inside and spoke to the man at the counter who turned out to be the manager. He made it a quick and seamless experience. He was kind and informative. The facility was clean, secure and well lit. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff and management. I have had to go into the office once as I misplaced the key to my lock and I was promptly serviced with a lock cut and a new lock. Easy and painless. Ms. Melanie was also very helpful over the phone when I notified them that I have found a home for my storage items in my new house and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed with making this my final payment.

Hands down this was by far the best experience I ever had! The manager Robert L Turner was refreshing! He is so knowledgeable and patient, I had a lot of questions which he answer with ease. The store was so clean the floors were shining and it smelled so good in there… before I left I used the restroom it was so clean. I will highly recommend Life Storage especially Pearl- Brandon location. Ask for Mr. Robert L Turner.
