The Storage Center has an awesome team of employees. I want to thank Brian the night manager on call 2/7/2025 . He got out of his bed to come and respond to my distress call.. he was friendly and courteous and represented the SC organization well. I am thankful for his help and his service.

First experience dealing with/needing my own storage unit for my most important & valuable belongings...tried making a reservations and going with another storage facility and literally had THE WORST EXPERINCE so I ended up canceling! I was beyond thankfully because I ended up finding this storage facility and Mr.Chad & Mr.Doug went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Treating me and giving me such a great experience, I would with out a doubt recommend them and this facility to ANYONE!

A great, secure, and clean storage facility. I had a great experience renting my storage space. The Manager went over and above to make the process quick and easy! I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to have their belongings stored securely and my climate controlled unit is very spacious. The Manager went above and beyond and even helped me move my first things in since I had no help! 100% pleased customer!!

From the first unit I booked to the bigger unit I jus moved to, they made it easy. From reserving and getting access online to onsite services, they made it convenient. Clean and safe.

Have rented here more than once. Units are clean, grounds are well lit and secure, prices are the best bang for buck in town, and each staff member I've met has been very friendly and helpful. Never thought I'd brag about a storage place...but...they deserve the kudos.

My wife and I needed a storage building to store household items. I traveled to a few storage facilities before findings this particular location. I spoke to Eichelland on the phone and she answered all my questions and set up an appointment for the following day. The next day I traveled to Life Storage and met with Ravon. Ravon showed me a few units and answered all questions I had. Ravon was very pleasant and knowledgeable about this business. I'm very satisfied with my decision to do business with this location.

Outlets are out at the one off of kailiste saloom but the units are clean and have no other issues

Great storage facility! I rented here for a month while I was in the process of moving. The office employees were always nice and the storage unit was always accessible. I visited my storage unit about 15 times during the month and each time there were no problems. The rates are about on par with other storage facilities nearby. Highly recommended!

I had been shopping for a cubical for many months. Today was the day to get one. It was Hailey and Alex at the desk that sealed the deal at Cube Smart. They were super friendly and knowledgeable about their facilities and extremely happy to show me around. These girls should get commissions for selling because they are that good.

Never had a problem with them. It's well secured. I feel comfortable storing my stuff here.

Great people here. George and Tabitha both go above and beyond to be helpful. Tabitha even brought bottled water to the guys who were moving our stuff into storage! The facilities are clean and neat and the monthly rent is very reasonable. My only complaint is that emails and phone messages left when the staff are out of the office do not get a response, but when you speak to someone you get an "Oh yeah, I saw that."

I had reservations to store my motorcycle bike, the space I had reserved was to small when arrival with the help of the manager George Hebert. He stayed late after work hour to help me find the right space to store it in. It was hard work and a lot of strength to move the Harley-Davidson bike with George Hebert help. He was so helpful and patience with me. That was the best customer service ever experienced. Greatly appreciate it. I have shared and told friends about it.
