Secure and clean. One time I locked my lock without latching the door. William called me to let me know my door was closed but it was unlocked. I feel confident with my stuff being there, knowing he keeps such a good eye on the place.

Seems like companies or their staff are caring less about customer service and more about their profits or doing as little as possible while spending more time playing on their phones than helping customers EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE by the manager Fred and Chevy. I’m biased bc I’ve rented from here before. Two gentlemen on a Fri afternoon were eager to help me. I reminded the manager that he had helped me before and I didn’t even know he was the manager. Both gentlemen got me in and out without any problems.
I wanna thank Chevy so much he was very helpful and respectful customer service was a 10 and also thanks to Mr Fred he was a great help and customer service was a 10 also
