The guy in the front office has a very nasty attitude! Talks over you and when I asked for the corporate number made the comment to me “maybe he can explain it to you to where you can understand” I replied sir, I’m very smart, I have my MBA, starting my doctorate and is by no means a dummy and I don’t appreciate the way he talked to me. This is all because they were charging me a prorate on insurance that they said I owed. I kept trying to explain I did have insurance and if I knew I needed to bring in a policy every month to prove it they should have told me, which btw is ridiculous. My insurance never lapsed but he was too busy trying to over talk me to understand what I was saying. Very rude!! I wouldn’t recommend this place with him there, the site manager there named Michael is ok and helpful, but this little smart guy with the bad attitude is nothing pleasant to deal with! If you have to get a unit there, ask for the manager not the smart mouth employee guy! Also, you can never get online to pay, it always say your username is incorrect which it isn’t!
