The staff at Clay St were always kind and courteous to me. (The facility elevators post hurricane were not lol). I was recently surprised when I was finally able to clear out my unit. They are now working great. The new management & desk staff are fantastic. (Tks Jenny!!) Highly recommend this location.

Just moved in. The 4 stars are for the Manager, Jenny, who has exceptional customer-service skills. She answered questions and explained facility's operation very clearly and patiently. Warm and friendly, she is perfect in this role. My only concern is that all other customers I interacted with during my move and my niece's (rented two very large units two months ago), complained about the issue of carts. Owners should look at industry best practices to resolve this issue quickly.

Seems the challenges are with the company itself! 1-Rate increases are ridiculous 2-Company does NOTHING for existing and/or long term customers 3-Carts now have to be checked out from office due to theft, which I understand, good suffer for the bad, however, building has security cameras! Prosecute them, instead the company places the burden on their good customer! 4-No cash pymts even when your system is not accepting credit card? Another company burden passed on to your customer. Sorry, but I don’t see this location surviving with this mindset. TO THE STAFF: Do not think that your dedication and work ethic go unnoticed. This company is very lucky to have ALL of you!

Drove 30 minutes to get some items from my storage unit, only to find that they now hold all the carts hostage during business hours, and don't let you use a cart at all outside of those hours. Would have been nice if they'd taken 2 minutes to send an email to their customers letting us know this info so we don't waste an hour, but I guess that's asking just too much. If you're looking for 24/7 storage access, look elsewhere.

This is the best maintained storage space I have used in 20 years of needing offsite storage. Will tell you it’s your fault for not resolving sooner when you’ve sent multiple emails, text, left voicemails etc. “our system has no record of any of this”. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Will threaten to call the cops when you ask to speak to district manager.

I have try calling the owner but they continue to ignore me and my messages also my concerns. This place does not resolve any concerns! As a person in business, that’s not how you communicate with your customers. It’s not fair that my concerns not being resolved as a customer that have been faithfully making payments at this storage.

The only thing I think they should disclose is the first month is free, but you pay an admin fee of $29, lock fee that's right around $13 and insurance which is $16. So your first month will still set you back around $60.
