I have been to my unit several times to store and retrieve items, but urgently needing to use the restroom before completing my task, yet to find it locked and not available for use. I would expect for a company to have more respect for its customers. This is very frustrating because for someone who needs to use the restroom urgently this can affect them in many ways physically, especially those with disabilities. I should not have to hold my bodily fluids while attempting to store or retrieve my items, and then run back to my car to drive to find the nearest restroom. After explaining my concern to Kevin, this is the response I received. "I am sorry for the inconvenience Courtney. We keep the bathrooms locked at all times with a key in the office from 10am-6pm Mon-Sat for safety and security purposes and to keep all tenants safe. We want to ensure all tenants can use the restroom safely without fear of who's inside. I don't want to lose you as a tenant, but I understand people have different needs and we may not meet the needs that you have. Thanks for giving me your feedback on how the bathrooms are handled and I will pass it along to my supervisor." So this is what I sent back to him, I had a complaint and this is the response that I received. ??. I guess I have to hold my urine and waste and put excessive stress on my bladder between the hours of 6am -10am, and 6pm -9pm if I need to use the restroom while retrieving or storing items during that time. You want your money but don't want to offer your paying customers a restroom to use without first getting permission and key from staff. Hilarious, this is unacceptable, I'm not a child. I'll make sure to share this with the owners of this location and the correct department of this company. I truly believe excuses is for those who don't want to get things done and that is exactly what The storage center has shown me with this incident. They lock the bathroom for our safety and security so nobody will be inside but yet you have cameras all around the building, and all inside the building, and key pad locks on both entrances, so I highly doubt safety is your concern when it comes to this situation I'll be sure to tell all my colleagues, friends , and family members never to store there items at this facility, because they won't be able to use the restroom without getting permission and a key first. They want my money but don't want to let me use the restroom without asking first, Hilarious. I'm not a child, and I don't need to ask before I use the restroom, and neither should a child have to ask. I am removing my items tonight and keeping my coins in my pocket. Have a bad day The Storage Center.

It was great at first kevin helped out a lot and he was fast. My issue is that it says the office is open at 10am, and no one is here at that time. It’s very unprofessional and inconvenient for no one to be at the facility when we need help in regards to our storage. I called the customer service and all the lady had to say was someone was gone to be here shortly. 30 minutes in counting no one is here.

We had a great experience here. I was sick, so I had to do everything online for my Mom to drop some family heirlooms off. Kevin called me with some extra information I missed online that was extremely helpful. He was so friendly with me, my mom, and my husband later dropped by to pick up the key for the lock my mom purchased from the store (which was very reasonably priced). The facility is very nice and Kevin is amazing at customer service. We highly recommend. Thank you!

Their name is “The Storage Center”. It should be “Best Choice Storage Center”. Here’s why: I’m a businessman and I make decisions by creating a list of my requirements. i.e.: - Security: Controlled access, video surveillance, on site management, well lighted, clear public view in highly traveled area, easy and clear access for emergency response. - Customer Service: Response time, customer needs come first: From my first visit, to my periodic interactions with Kevin, I have always felt welcomed and appreciated. - Quality facility: My stored items need to remain safe from theft or damage. This facility is new and security is “state of the art”. It’s even climate controlled! I would feel comfortable with my wife or child accompanying me to access my new unit. With the cleanliness, climate control, location and friendly staff, this feels like an extension of my home. That was my goal.
