What can I say? I am very unhappy with the service. The elevator in building 1 is still broken and has been like this for several months. The exit door is closed. The areas are completely dirty. There are many inconveniences that are being caused by such an expensive service. The applications do not work well when arriving, even though the Bluetooth is on, the application does not respond and does not send a signal to open the doors and the elevator. I am going to withdraw from this service because it is really very expensive for so many deficiencies.

I'm very happy with this place. The individual working at the desk was very helpful. Edit 11/03/24 Original 5 star moved down to 1 star and will be moving out before long. Rate started out at 39 dollars which I was happy with. I get an email recently saying Please know that we at The Storage Center appreciate your business and loyalty. Recently, rental rates have increased due to greater demand in your area. Due to these market conditions and in accordance with terms of your rental agreement, the new rent for space will be $51.00 effective 11/15/2024. All other terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement remain in effect. This is after renting at the 39 rate for about 4 months. Well I can get a larger unit at a cheaper rate so I am out hopefully before 11/14.
