I had a whole home of furniture stored in two units for four years. Movers arrived to move furniture out of the units and a good bit of the furniture was ruined due to rat urine and feces. The employees would not even come take a look at the damage said it wasn't the facility's fault. Please be aware that In the fine print they are not held responsible for rodent damage even though you pay an absorbent amount of money for climate controlled storage. SO BE AWARE WHEN RENTING FROM THEM.

Customer service is basically non-existent. 0/10. Rachel didn’t explain the difference in sizes for the unit I needed which would have been very helpful, so make sure you know what size storage unit you want before you go in. They don’t show you to your unit, just hold up a map and expect you to figure it out. Once you finally make it to your unit you’ll have to call them and wait for them to get there to actually open it up for you anyway. They don’t exactly have a “first month free” deal either. Oh and they don’t offer to show you a unit so you can actually see if it’ll be the right size for you before you pay.
