So after I signed the lease, they asked me to do a Google review and give them 5 Stars…UMMM..NO!!! Two things…. Number one it’s a three-story facility with two entrances… they ONLY HAVE 4 carts. There are not even good ones at that. When I called to ask about, the reply was oh well maybe you can sneak around the building and find one. The second and the very biggest… when they gave me the hours. They are 100% incorrect. I was told you can access until 10 o’clock. Here I am doing my review at 9:41 PM locked out from the elevator with my storage unit open and unlocked wishing I never did business with these people. ???? All they were worried about was the freaking bonus from getting a review instead of good customer service shop around my friends shop around

I figured I was lucky because I purchased the insurance along with my unit.. boy was I wrong. The rude lady that drives the white Nissan stated my unit was sealed and my claim was denied. I am EXTREMELY disappointed not to be compensated for no fault damages. I feel scammed almost ..

My family and I were looking for an affordable and safe place to keep our belongings.When we contacted The Storage Center we were given an exact amount and everything was explained.Upon arriving at The Storage Center, we were greeted by Mrs.V she is absolutely wonderful and she welcomed us in with a smile.She gave us the Grand tour, we picked out our storage unit and went over our options and rental Agreement.I have medical issue that causes severe pain in my back, and Mrs v was very sweet and she set up chairs for my daughter and I, and brought everything over to me. and we highly recommend The Storage Center.
